Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. If you repeat such a drug, you will receive a message from your pharmacy.

How does it work?

  1. As soon as your medication runs out, we will request a new prescription for you from the doctor.
  2. As soon as your doctor agrees, we will make your medication ready for use.
  3. When is your order ready? You can see that below at 'Prescription processing times'.
Not all medications can be repeated automatically. We will contact you in that case.
