Pick up your medication at your convenience? Now you can with our pickup locker. The pickup locker is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to pick up your order.

How does the 24-hour pickup machine work?

1. Register

Fill in your details on the registration form in the link above. It is important that we always have your correct email address and cell phone number.

2. Pickup Notice

You will receive an email from us at the time your medications are available for pickup. This email will provide you with a pickup code that you can use to open the safe. Please note! After 72 hours, your medications will be removed from the safe and you can pick it up at the pharmacy during business hours.

3. Collect medicines from the collection vault

Follow the instructions on the collection vault screen. Be sure to have your pickup code handy. Please note that you can only open the locker once with the given pickup code, so be sure to take all your medicines from the locker. For medicines or products for which you have to pay, you will receive an invoice from us. This invoice will be debited from your bank account by automatic debit the following month, around the 26th. The collection safe is very user-friendly and suitable for young and old. If you would like an explanation before using the collection safe, feel free to ask at the pharmacy.
