House Rules Pharmacy Hattem

In order to create and maintain a safe and pleasant environment for both visitors and staff, the following house rules apply:

  • Everyone should behave in accordance with generally accepted (decency) norms and values.
  • Agressive and disrespectful behavior, in any form, will not be tolerated.
  • The pharmacy reserves the right to request persons exhibiting offensive behavior to leave the premises.
  • The privacy of both other visitors and pharmacy staff should be respected.
  • In the pharmacy, it is good practice for disabled clients to be given priority seating.
  • The pharmacy is not liable for theft of visitors' property.
    Vehicles should be parked in the designated spaces.
  • Folders and informational materials in the waiting area may be taken free of charge. This is not the intention of other reading materials on the reading table.
  • In case of emergencies, the instructions of the staff or the competent authorities (fire department, police) to be followed.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • The making of video, audio or video recordings in the pharmacy is not allowed
  • Pets are not allowed in the pharmacy, this does not apply to assistance dogs.
