- Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values.
- In the pharmacy, it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.
- In the pharmacy, you are expected to respect the privacy of other clients and the pharmacy staff.
- In connection with the privacy of the clients and staff, it is forbidden to take photographs and sound and/or film recordings.
- Mobile phone calls are allowed only in extreme necessity. Please call outside the waiting area whenever possible. In connection with your privacy, calling customers will not be assisted.
- The pharmacy is not liable for theft of client property.
- Theft and vandalism of pharmacy property will be reported to the police. In doing so, the perpetrator of the crime will be turned over to the police. In all cases, the costs incurred will be recovered from the perpetrator.
- The pharmacy reserves the right to ask persons who exhibit unacceptable or offensive behavior, or who do not comply with the house rules, to leave the premises. Aggression, violence and intimidation will not be accepted in the pharmacy. This will be reported to the police. There are security cameras in the pharmacy. If there is an incident, the pharmacy reserves the right to share these images with the police.
- Folders and information material in the waiting room you can take away free of charge. Of other reading materials, this is not the intention. In case of uncertainty, please ask one of our employees.
- In case of emergencies, you must follow the instructions of our BHV or the competent authority (fire department, police).
- Smoking is not allowed in and around the building. This also applies to the e-cigarette.
- Medicines that have been out of the pharmacy will not be returned.
- If we order something special for you, you must also purchase this product.
- If the costs are not borne by insurance, you must pay them in the pharmacy.
- Dogs are not allowed due to possible allergy symptoms of other pharmacy visitors. Assistance dogs are exempt
