House Rules

Please your attention.

Because several clients are usually present in the pharmacy at the same time, house rules have been set up by the pharmacy to prevent accidents, incidents and confusion. With the goal of creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors and staff alike.

  • Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values.
  • In the pharmacy, you are expected to respect the privacy of other clients. We also ask you to respect the privacy of pharmacy staff.
  • The pharmacy reserves the right to ask persons who exhibit unacceptable or offensive behavior, or who do not comply with house rules, to leave the premises. Aggression, violence and intimidation will not be accepted in the pharmacy.
  • In the pharmacy it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.
  • The pharmacy is not liable for theft of client property.
  • Please park your bicycle or car so that everyone can continue on their way undisturbed.
  • Folders and information material in the waiting room can be taken away free of charge. Other reading material on the reading table is not.
  • In case of emergencies, you must follow the instructions of the staff or the competent authority (fire department, police).
  • Smoking is not allowed. This also applies to the e-cigarette.
  • Mobile calling is only allowed in extreme cases. Please call outside the waiting area whenever possible. However, calling customers will not be helped.
  • Dogs are not allowed due to possible allergy complaints from other pharmacy visitors. Medications that have been out of the pharmacy will not be returned.
  • Theft and vandalism will be reported to the police. In doing so, the perpetrator of the crime will be turned over to the police. In all cases, the costs incurred will be recovered from the perpetrator.
