The benefits of the automatic repeat service

- You will never miss out again.
- You no longer have to request a repeat prescription from your doctor, we do that for you.
- You will be notified when your medication is ready at the counter, in the dispenser or when you receive the shipment at home.
How does it work?
- Go to our website.
- Go to: Products and services > Request and order > Repeat medication.
- Choose 'have it repeated automatically'.
- Check to see if your doctor is affiliated with the 'automatic repeat' service.
- Does it say 'yes'? Then choose 'sign up'.
- Fill out the form and click 'Submit'.
Important information
- You almost always need a repeat prescription for this service, except for the birth control pill, insulin and diabetes equipment.
- Not all medications can be repeated automatically, such as opiates.
- A new medication can be repeated automatically only from the second time.
- Only medications prescribed by your doctor can be repeated automatically.
- Are you running out of medication early? Let us know. We'll adjust the dosage if necessary.
- Do you still have enough medicine or has your dosage changed? Report this to us. We'll adjust the supply.
- Do you have to stop taking a medication? Report this immediately, and we will stop the automatic supply.
