Increasing job satisfaction in pharmacy
For pharmacy assistants, they not only dispense medication, they also provide important advice to patients. The pharmacy as a healthcare provider plays a key role as a link between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medication. Choosing to care comes from a desire to help others and make a difference in people's lives. And how wonderful is it when our caregivers experience appreciation, thereby increasing their job satisfaction a little bit each day!
