Warning: fake emails on behalf of BENU -> don't click on anything
Currently, scammers are circulating fake emails. These emails appear to come from pharmacy chain BENU. Do you get such an e-mail? Don't click on anything. Do not click on links, buttons or open attachments. Delete the email immediately.
Our pharmacy does not belong to BENU
Our pharmacy is affiliated with Network Pharmacies. So we are not a BENU pharmacy. Nevertheless we warn you. You too can receive such a false e-mail, because scammers send these messages to many people at the same time.
We also do not send you e-mails with links in which you quickly have to log in or pay. Are you unsure about a message that appears to come from us? Then don't click on the links. Call or send a message to our pharmacy to check it.
Most important rule: DO NOT CLICK
Never click on links or buttons in an email if:
- You weren't expecting the message.
- You need to do something quickly, like log in or pay.
- You are asked for personal or bank information.
- The sender's e-mail address looks strange.
- You doubt that the message is genuine.
What should you do when you receive a suspicious e-mail?
- Don't click on anything. Not on links, not on buttons, not on images.
- Do not open attachments.
- Do not enter any data.
- Delete the e-mail immediately.
Did you click or enter any data anyway?
- Did you enter bank information? Call your bank immediately.
- Have you entered other information? If so, change your password immediately.
- Check your computer or phone with a virus scanner.
- Report the fake e-mail to the Fraud Helpdesk at www.fraudehelpdesk.nl. That way you'll help other people too.
Have any questions?
Any doubts about an e-mail? Don't click on it. Contact our pharmacy. We'll be happy to help.
Note that communication about your medications is changing
Log in once to MyHealth.net for secure information about your medications
To share your medical information securely, we ask that you log in once via DigiD on MyHealth.net. After that, you can also use the MedGemak app.
Why?
We are stopping the paper bills about brand changes. Because of the many changes due to supply problems and the preference policy, they are no longer reliable.
What will stay the same?
When there are important medication changes, we will still inform you, such as a different drug, strength or other relevant changes.
Do you need help? We're happy to help.

Over ons
More than forty years ago, Terborg resident and pharmacist Theo Benraad started the pharmacy in Terborg. Later, together with colleagues, he started the current pharmacy in Ulft. The family business still stands for personal care, satisfied patients and good cooperation.
Forty years ago this was done offline and now also online. That close cooperation between the pharmacies and pharmacy dependencies in Gendringen and Silvolde as well as with the general practitioners is remarkable. (Express) delivery of medicines, the medicine dispensers in Terborg, Silvolde, Ulft and Gendringen and in-house production of the medicine roll are examples of how the highly qualified pharmacy staff works every day to maximize and individual attention for patients in the region.
