To ensure we can continue to serve you well even outside our regular business hours, we are open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. You’re welcome to visit us then for matters that can’t wait until Monday.

Adjusted opening hours for July and August
The Silvolde branch of the pharmacy will be closed in July and August. Medications can be picked up at the pharmacy in Terborg. The medication dispenser in Silvolde is operating as usual.
Benraad Pharmacy in Terborg is closed between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. during July and August.
Warning: Fake emails sent in the name of BENU —> DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING
Scammers are currently sending out fake emails. These emails appear to come from the BENU pharmacy chain. If you receive an email like this, do not click on anything—not links, not buttons, and do not open any attachments. Delete the email immediately.
Our pharmacy is not part of BENU
Our pharmacy is affiliated with Netwerk Apotheken. We are therefore not a BENU pharmacy. Nevertheless, we want to warn you. You, too, could receive such a fraudulent email, because scammers send these messages to a large number of people at once.
We also do not send you emails with links that ask you to log in or pay immediately. If you’re unsure about a message that appears to be from us, do not click on the links. Call or send a message to our pharmacy to verify it.
Most important rule: DO NOT CLICK
Never click on links or buttons in an email if:
- You weren’t expecting the message.
- You’re told to do something quickly, such as logging in or making a payment.
- You’re asked for personal information or banking details.
- The sender’s email address looks strange.
- You’re not sure if the message is real.
What should you do if you receive a suspicious email?
- Don’t click on anything. Not on links, not on buttons, not on images.
- Don’t open any attachments.
- Do not enter any information.
- Delete the email immediately.
Did you click on the link or enter any information anyway?
- Did you enter your bank information? Call your bank immediately.
- Did you enter other information? Then change your password immediately.
- Scan your computer or phone with an antivirus program.
- Report the fraudulent email to the Fraud Help Desk at www.fraudehelpdesk.nl. This way, you’ll be helping others, too.

To securely share your medical information, we ask that you log in once via DigiD at MijnGezondheid.net. After that, you can also use the MedGemak app.
Why?
We’re discontinuing the paper notices about brand changes. Due to the many changes caused by supply issues and the preference policy, these notices are no longer reliable.
What will stay the same?
We’ll still notify you of important medication changes, such as a different drug, a different strength, or other relevant changes.

More than forty years ago, Theo Benraad, a native of Terborg and a pharmacist, opened the pharmacy in Terborg. Later, together with colleagues, he opened the current pharmacy in Ulft. To this day, the family-owned business remains committed to personalized care, satisfied patients, and strong collaboration.
Forty years ago, this was done offline, and now it’s also done online. The close collaboration between the pharmacies and pharmacy branches in Gendringen and Silvolde—as well as with the general practitioners—is remarkable. (Emergency) medication delivery, the medication dispensers in Terborg, Silvolde, Ulft, and Gendringen, and in-house production of the medication roll are examples of how the highly qualified pharmacy staff works every day to provide the highest level of individualized care to patients in the region.
