Easily order your medications online and have an up-to-date medication overview always with you! With this app (or through the website) you can easily, and directly at the pharmacy order repeat prescriptions and have secure access to your medication overview.

I'm a new user and want to start using the App

  • Download the free Your Care Online app.
  • Go through the steps: make sure you add your pharmacy as a Care Provider in your app.
  • You will receive an email to activate the account. Click on the link in the email within 48 hours.
  • After completion, we will notify you (usually within 1 business day) as soon as you can get started.

I'm already using the app for the GP and want to use the app for the pharmacy

Important: make sure you add our pharmacy as a Care Provider in your existing Your Care Online app.

  • Open the app on your phone by clicking on the icon.
  • Go in the app to Settings - Account and Settings - Manage Care Provider(s) - + Add Care Provider
  • Follow the steps: after completing, you will be notified by us (usually within 1 business day) as soon as you can start.
