How does it work?

  1. As soon as you run out of medication, we will request a new prescription for you from the doctor.
  2. If your doctor agrees, we will make your medication ready for use.
  3. When is your order ready? You can see that below at 'Prescription processing times'.

Prescription processing times

You will be notified as soon as your prescription is ready. If you are getting something for the first time it is basically the same day, for a repeat prescription usually the next working day.
