What are preferred medications?
Preferred medications are drugs designated as such by health insurers. This means that the health insurer fully reimburses these medications, provided they are designated as preferred medications. However, policies regarding preferred medications can vary significantly from one health insurer to another, leading to variations in the number of designated medications.
